Department Study Centers
- What: A place where students are able to meet during the school day with an expert in a particular field. Each Study Center has staff members assigned to support students throughout the day.
- Who: Any student may use the study centers during any time not scheduled to be in class. In addition, teachers may assign a student to attend a study center on a particular day of the week.
- Enrollment: Open to all students.

Homework Center (Contact: Ellen Morgan)
- What: An academic environment that allows students to focus on completing homework. The Homework Center, located in W201, is open Tuesday through Thursday, 3:45pm – 5:00pm. Tutors are available at the Homework Center to provide assistance with basic questions.
- Who: Any student may use the Homework Center after school. In addition, teachers may assign a student to attend the Homework Center on a particular day of the week.
- Enrollment: Open to all students.

One-on-One Tutoring (Contact: Ellen Morgan)
- What: Previously known as INVEST Tutors. One-on-one tutoring requires the assignment of a volunteer adult or peer tutor to a student according to the student’s needs. For example, a student struggling in Calculus might be assigned to a volunteer tutor with whom they meet once a week to work on Calculus.
- Who: Any student who has a strong work ethic, is looking for additional help, and would benefit from one-on-one tutoring.
- Enrollment: Teachers make referrals for students via SOS application. Parents and students may also request one-on-one tutoring by contacting Ellen Morgan.
