Communications
The Communications Office of Evanston Township High School District 202 is charged with providing comprehensive, current and accurate information about district programs, achievement and activities to the students, parents, residents and visitors of the school community.
The office handles the school's community relations, media relations, news releases, online communications and print publications. School tours for prospective ETHS families are facilitated through this office.

Announcements: The E-Town Daily Bulletin is a special section on the ETHS website that offers helpful information for students and parents during the school year. The bulletin includes daily messages regarding activity and club meetings, college visits, and general announcements. Announcements of this information will be made on the public address system at the beginning of third period. A print version of the E-Town Daily Bulletin is posted in the Main Lobby display case for students to review announcements before and after school, and between classes.
AlertNow Rapid Notification System: ETHS uses the AlertNow system to deliver voice calls, email messages or SMS messages to students, parents and staff. This system allows ETHS to share information effectively and efficiently in time-sensitive situations. AlertNow is used to send out routine school messages, such as attendance reports, event and meeting reminders, school-wide initiatives, activity cancellations, and emergency notifications. Not receiving AlertNow messages? Be sure to keep your phone numbers and email address up-to-date by logging on to Home Access Center (HAC).
Home Access Applications: (www.eths.k12.il.us/parents/homeaccess) ETHS provides two online portals to monitor student learning and attendance:
- Home Access Center (HAC). Students/parents/guardians can view assignments, attendance, interim progress reports, grades, and schedules online in Home Access Center, as well as sign up to receive interim progress reports and report card grades by email.
- ETHS Home Applications. Students/parents/guardians can check AM Support enrollment and attendance, detention balances, and register electronic devices in ETHS Home Applications.
