Frosh/Soph Formal

  • The Frosh/Soph Formal is a festive dance party for current ETHS students in grades 9 & 10 and their pre-approved guests.
     
     
    Theme: Masquerade Ball
     
    When:  March 10, 2018
     
    Where: Beardsley Gym
     
    Time: 7:00-10:00pm 
     
    Who: Current ETHS students in grades 9 & 10 and their pre-approved guests. 
     
    Details: Professional DJ, photo booth, and social activities. Snacks and refreshments will be served.
     
    Attire: Masks in keeping with the masquerade theme are encouraged. 
      
    Guests: ETHS students may bring non-ETHS guests who are currently freshman or sophomore students at area schools. Guests must be in good standing at their school and must be pre-approved through the ETHS Deans' Office. Students may pick up a Guest Request Form in the Deans’ Office (H109) beginning Monday, February 12, 2018. Completed forms must be returned to the student’s grade-level dean no later than 12:00pm on Monday, March 5, 2018. The approved guest list will be posted on this web page by 3:45pm on Thursday, March 8, 2018.
     
    Tickets: Dance tickets will be sold for $15.00 before school in Heritage Hall Main Lobby on March 7, March 8, and March 9, 2018. Tickets will be sold at the door for $20.00. Students will need to show their current, valid student ID in order to buy a ticket. Students on detention or social probation will not be permitted to buy a ticket.
      
    Entrance: Entry to the Freshman/Sophomore Formal will be through the pool entrance at Door 50 on Dodge Avenue (click here for map). Each student (and pre-approved guest) must have a ticket, and will be required to show their school ID to enter the dance. All students/guests are subject to random Breathalyzer testing. Students may choose to leave the dance at any time, but they will not be allowed to re-enter the dance once they leave. 
     
    No one will be admitted to the dance after 8:30pm. Pick-up and drop-off will be along Dodge Avenue directly in front of the Pool/Beardsley Gym entrances. Entrance 1 on Dodge Avenue, Entrance 2, and Entrance 3 behind the high school along Wildkit Drive will NOT be open for the dance.
