ETHS hosts Wildkit Futures Series events throughout the school year

The Wildkit Futures Series includes school-day and evening events all year long to help empower students and families with tools to make informed decisions about students' post-high school plans and wellbeing. The Wildkit Futures Series supports students’ Individualized Career and Academic Plans (ICAP), as students and families explore options for college and/or workforce readiness and independence after high school.

As part of the Wildkit Futures Series, ETHS is also pleased to invite you to the Virtual Family Night with Calvin Terrell on Wednesday, October 14 at 7:00pm. Terrell will discuss relevant topics for all families and community members, including conflict, communication, bullying/violence prevention, community building, diversity awareness to social consciousness, 21st century parenting, gender equity, race, racial healing and racial justice, and student achievement and constructive decision making.

The Virtual Family Night with Calvin Terrell is free and open to the Evanston/Skokie community, and virtual seating is first-come, first-served. The Zoom link will be posted on the ETHS Event Calendar

In addition, some classrooms have opted for an in-school virtual field trip with Calvin Terrell the week of October 12. A video and conversation prompt will be shared with students for classroom discussions as we continue to build community.
