ETHS Vaccine Clinic & Information About Attending ETHS Events

Dear Students and Parents/Guardians,

ETHS continues to prioritize the health and safety of our students and staff amid the rise in COVID transmission rates due to virus variants. With this in mind, ETHS may be requiring visitors to submit proof of vaccination to attend certain events indoors on our campus. Beginning in October, ETHS visitors will be able to submit their proof of COVID vaccination (or submit a negative COVID test within 72 hours of an event). This means that if you want to attend ETHS events in person, particularly large gatherings, you may need to submit your proof of vaccination or negative test results in advance.

ETHS will be sharing details about this process in the near future. In the meantime, we recommend scanning your COVID vaccination card and/or locating a COVID testing site to prepare for next steps.

Vaccination Clinic Reminder: September 14 and October 5 (video announcement)

ETHS will host a COVID-19 vaccination clinic for students and staff on September 14 (dose 1) and October 5 (dose 2). The clinic will be held onsite during the school day in room N112. The Pfizer vaccine will be administered at the clinic.

This event is open to all current ETHS students with a school ID. The event is also open to all district staff who have not yet been vaccinated. Parents and guardians must provide consent for ETHS students under the age of 18 to receive the vaccine during the school day. Please note that the consent form is only valid for the September 14 and October 5 clinics at ETHS. Parents and guardians should check their September 3 email from ETHS for the registration/consent link and additional details about scheduling the vaccination appointment. Remember to forward the confirmation email to your student’s eths202.org email address.

If you have clinical questions about the vaccine or your child receiving it, please contact their pediatrician or a trusted medical provider. If you have questions about the clinics, please contact the City of Evanston at x311 (847-448-4311). Appointments will not be accepted over the phone and must be made via the online registration form.

We look forward to your continued partnership. The Proof of Covid Vaccination Form for Students should be submitted once a student is fully vaccinated.
