ETHS Band Director Matt Bufis has been selected as a winner of the 2018 Chicagoland Outstanding Music Educator Award.

This award has been presented annually since 1989 and recognizes excellence in the field of music education in the Chicagoland area. Each year, educators are nominated by their peers and the winners are chosen by a selection committee that includes past winners of the award.
