Community Partners for Affordable Housing (CPAH) is now accepting applications for the purchase of a house that was built as a result of Evanston Township High School’s Geometry in Construction program. This new construction 3 bedroom, 2 bath house, located on Dodge Avenue in Evanston, is available for $160,000.
The home includes hardwood floors, central air, new kitchen and baths, and it comes with a complete two-year home warranty. The sale price of $160,000 (or approximately $1,120/month) includes principal, interest, property taxes, and homeowners insurance.
