Summer Sports Camp Financial Aid


    ETHS continues to provide financial assistance, based on need, to campers living in School District 202. The deadline for submitting your request is Friday, May 17th.  

    To qualify for financial aid you must live in School District 202, have received free/reduced lunch the previous school year and/or demonstrate a need for financial assistance.

    When registering for your camp(s), go to the payment screen (STEP 7) and select the option Alternate Payment (CODE) and enter the code WAIVER (all upper case). In the COMMENT field please describe your reason for needing financial assistance and scroll down to click “SUBMIT”. This is required for your application to be considered. If you do not provide a reason, your application will be declined.  DO NOT enter payment information. Your registration and request will be reviewed and once approved it will be sent back to you for payment. Approvals will be sent by Friday, May 31st. If you have an existing balance, you will need to pay it before your financial for the current year is approved.
