Prom: Attendee and Guest Information

  • ETHS seniors may invite an ETHS junior or approved guest under the age of 21, but all guests must be registered and approved.

IMPORTANT: There is a deadline to register your guest. The date is to be determined.

To attend prom, ETHS students must:

    • Have 10 or fewer tardy detentions

    • Have no unserved behavioral consequences

Students should check their detention status in myETHS and clear any detentions by a date to be determined. For more information about how to clear tardies, review the ETHS Tardy Tracker Information for Students. For questions about eligibility for Prom 2026, please contact Dean Hinkle at hinklel@eths202.org.

    To bring a guest:

    • The ETHS senior must provide guest information on myETHS > Prom Registration.

    • The guest must be a junior at ETHS or no older than 20 years old.

    • The ETHS junior guest will receive an email inviting them to use myETHS to confirm acceptance of invitation to prom and to choose their meal preference.

    • The ETHS senior prom registrant will receive an email letting them know if their guest has been approved.

    • Only guests who have been approved and registered will be permitted to attend the prom.

    • Deadline to register your guest via myETHS: Monday, April 21 @ 2:07 PM (end of the school day)

    • Reminder: All school rules, policies and disciplinary consequences are in effect at Prom and apply to students and their guests. This means that students are subject to all disciplinary consequences as a result of their behavior or the behavior of their guest, including the ETHS student not being permitted to participate in Graduation 2025.

    • Questions about guests should be directed to Dean Hinkle at hinklel@eths202.org.
