How do I get help registering for conferences?
Students and parents can register online for conferences during specified times. Parents who need assistance with Parent Teacher Conference registration or who do not have computer access should contact the Home Access Help Desk at 847-424-7121 on regular school days, 8:00am-4:30pm. Email firstname.lastname@example.org any time, and we will respond as soon as possible during regular business hours.
What user name and password do I need for conference registration?
For conference registration, the user name is your student's ID number (e.g., 123456) and the password is also your student's ID number (e.g., 123456). The user name and the password are the same. Your Home Access Center (HAC) user name and password will not work for conference registration.
Can I set up an appointment with someone other than a teacher?
Yes. If you would like to conference with a Counselor, Dean, or Social Worker, feel free to email to set up an appointment.
