Live Learning Guidelines for Families
-
ETHS values the partnership with families to ensure the success and wellbeing of our students, especially during enhanced e-learning. Families are asked to follow the following guidelines for live learning during enhanced e-learning:
- Live learning sessions (synchronous) are designed for student engagement. While your student may need assistance with logging in, parents/guardians should not actively participate in live remote learning classes.
- Siblings and other students not included in the class roster may not join a live learning (synchronous) class session.
- Confidential or personally identifiable information related to students should not be collected, discussed, posted, or shared through any means, including social media, by students or parents/guardians.
- Please do not record (video or audio), photograph, live stream, or transmit in any other way part of a live learning (synchronous) class session.
We appreciate your cooperation in following these live learning (synchronous) guidelines to ensure the safety and confidentiality of our students and staff and the success of enhanced e-learning. Please contact your student's teacher with any questions or concerns regarding live learning expectations.
