West End Catering at ETHS

  • The Nutrition Services Department at ETHS offers full service catering services for staff and student gatherings and school facility rentals.

    To Place An Order

    All orders are due three (3) working days prior to the event. For events larger than 50, seven (7) days advance notice is preferred. Orders submitted without notice are subject to late charges.

    Guest Counts

    To ensure the items required for your event are available, final guest counts are due three (3) working days prior to the event. This is your final count and the number of guests for which you will be charged.

    Billing

    Credit card payment information is required for outside rentals. For any District 202 departmental catering, an account number or alternate method payment is required when an order is placed.

    Order/Supply Retrieval

    If supplies are moved from the initial location of the event, please notify the Nutrition Services Department. Repeated retrieval attempts are subject to an additional fee.

    Use of Kitchen Equipment

    For the safety of all staff and faculty, use of any kitchen equipment is not allowed.

    Catering Supplies

    Complete and submit the Online Catering Form with the catering supply items (serving utensils, chaffing frames, cambros, etc.). Catering supplies will be charged at a fee of $0.50 per item.
