West End Catering at ETHS
The Nutrition Services Department at ETHS offers full-service catering for staff and student gatherings and school facility rentals.
To Place An Order
All orders are due three (3) working days prior to the event. For events larger than 50, seven (7) days advance notice is required. Orders submitted without notice are subject to late charges.
To ensure the items required for your event are available, final guest counts are due three (3) working days prior to the event. This is your final count and the number of guests for which you will be charged.
Credit card payment information is required for outside rentals. For any District 202 departmental catering, an account number or alternate method of payment is required when an order is placed.
If supplies are moved from the initial location of the event, please notify the Nutrition Services Department. Repeated retrieval attempts are subject to an additional fee.
Use of Kitchen Equipment
For the safety of all staff and faculty, use of any kitchen equipment is not allowed.
Complete and submit the Catering Request Form with the catering supply items (serving utensils, chaffing frames, cambros, etc.). Catering supplies will be charged at a fee of $0.50 per item.
