There are four (4) elevators in the school that are available for students who are unable to use the stairs to get to classes due to medical reasons.  To request approval for elevator use, a parent/guardian must submit the elevator key form (see below) in addition to a note from the medical provider stating the reason for its required use and length of time needed. Elevator keys are obtained in the Nurses' Office (Health Services, N121). Once approved, elevator use is intended for the approved student only and should not be used by other classmates. A $50 fee will be charged to the student's account if the key is not returned.
