Semester Exam/Experiences Schedule

  • Semester Exam/Experiences Schedule Important Information:

    • Students can only take make-up exams if they have a medically-documented illness and receive approval  to take make-up exams. All make-up exams must be completed in-person, during designated make-up times (refer to exam schedule above), no later than the morning of Friday, May 23, 2025, when semester grades are submitted, or the student will receive a zero for the exam.
    • Students will not be permitted to miss an exam due to travel plans, family events, or other non-medical reasons. If a student misses an exam due to a non-medical reason, they will not be able to make it up and will receive a zero for that exam.
    • Students will not be permitted to take semester exams early.
    • Exams/experiences are held in teacher classrooms unless the teacher provides different instructions. They are scheduled to be one hour and thirty minutes in length and take place during the time listed on the schedule below.
    • Students must be in class or a designated quiet study space. Spaces open for quiet study during exam blocks are: ASC, STC, Central Library, and East Library.
    • SASH, FASH, Reading, Geometry with Support, 2 Algebra with Support, Learning Strategies, and AVID will not meet during the week of exams/experiences. Students may use the time to study at home or at ETHS in designated quiet spaces of study: ASC, STC, Central Library, and East Library. Students may NOT be in the hallway during that block.
    • Breakfast, Lunch & Snacks:

        • Breakfast will be in South Cafe all week from 7:30-8:55am.
        • Snacks will be available Monday-Thursday during the morning passing period (10:30-10:40am) in H Hall on all floors.

        • Lunch Options (Monday-Thursday, 12:15-12:55pm):

          • Grab-n-Go at Doors 1 and 2 

            • For students who are done for the day as they leave.

          • South, East, and North cafeterias 

            • For students who are staying in the afternoon for extended time or make-up exams, as regularly assigned grade level cafeterias. 

        • ASC - students may bring lunch or get a Grab & Stay lunch bag

        • Hub - students may bring lunch or get a Grab & Stay lunch bag

        • STC, East Library, and Central Library are open during lunch as study spaces. No food is permitted.
